(I) basic responsibilities of employees

Often carry out self reflection, find out the gap, improve in time and keep improving;

Civilized speech, no gossiping, no unprincipled disputes, no nicknames;

Strong sense of service, willing to help others, not to make trouble for others;

When entering other people's office, knock on the door first, and enter only after permission. The opening and closing action should be light;

The service of the office staff should be warm and considerate, treat people politely and courteously, and make sure that there is a welcome, a reply and a delivery.


(III) work code of conduct

We must resolutely implement the tasks assigned by the superior and report the implementation to the leader in time. If you think that the tasks assigned by the leaders are not appropriate, you should state your opinions to the leaders in time and make suggestions. Before a new decision is made, you must implement the original plan.

After completing the task, report the results to the leader in time, and make a written report on major issues;

Work should be carried out actively and creatively, and sincerely accept the advice from superiors and colleagues.

Leaders should create good working conditions and promotion opportunities for subordinates, find out problems in subordinates'work in time, give advice and suggestions, and provide opportunities for correction;

Leaders must hold department (unit) communication meetings regularly, listen to and try to adopt the rationalized suggestions of subordinates, and ensure the smooth channels of suggestions of subordinates;

Strictly abide by all work systems, regulations, specifications and standards, and do not be late, leave early or absent from work for no reason. During working hours, they are not allowed to chat, do private affairs, or make loud noises;personal communication tools should be in silent state, priority should be given to using wired telephone and low voice communication;

Cultivate a good work style, make a work plan carefully, form the habit of improving records in working days, and record ideas and ideas beneficial to work at any time;

It is not allowed to take guests to visit important workshops, underground wells and other important places without permission.


(IV) Rules of appearance and behavior

1. appearance

① keep the appearance clean and tidy, and there shall be no peculiar smell in clothes, shoes and socks and the whole body;

② wash your hands, brush your teeth, trim your face and cut your hair frequently, keep your face clean and fresh. Men are not allowed to have long hair, strange hair, dyed hair or shaved head.

2. clothes

① dress should be in accordance with the principles of fit, compliance, timing and etiquette. Fit refers to fit your body shape and personality, and feel comfortable and confident when you wear it;compliance refers to compliance with the regulations on proper appearance and convenient labor production at work;timing refers to clothing that conforms to social fashion and reflects the contemporary spirit;compliance refers to clothing that reflects respect for other employees;

② no vest, trouser head, slippers or barefoot are allowed to wear during working hours;women are not allowed to wear short, transparent, tight and exposed clothes such as miniskirt and suspender skirt;

③ it is not allowed to wear clothes, open arms, pull sleeves and roll trouser legs in the working area.

3. meeting

① to attend the collective meeting, you must enter the site in order 5 minutes in advance, take the seat according to the designated position, observe the order of the venue, and do not be late or leave early. When the meeting is over, exit in turn;

② during the meeting, do not walk around or talk with people around you;

③ keep the venue quiet, turn off or set the mobile phone to vibrate, and answer the phone in a low voice;

④ in case of any disagreement with the speaker's point of view, it can be put forward after the meeting, and it is not allowed to interrupt the other party's speech or make other uncivilized behaviors;

(5) give applause to speakers in due time;

⑥ sit in a correct and attentive manner, listen carefully, and take notes when necessary.

4. etiquette

① dress neatly and generously;

② respect the faith of the guests and the customs of the region;

③ actively and warmly greet;

④ business cards should be exchanged with each other. If there is no business card, it should be said "no belt"or "use up". It should not be said "no". Take the business card with both hands, and take a careful look after it
